Description: FOAMEX® Quillaja Extract Powder 20C is a standardized food-grade extract of the outer cambium layer or branches (biomass) of Quillaja saponaria Molina. It is a beige to brown free-flowing, vegan, food-grade ingredient powder with Non-GMO maltodextrin as a carrier. It is 100% soluble in water. It is an effective concentrated foaming agent/surfactant that can be used in many food, cosmetic and other applications.

FOAMEX® Quillaja Extract Powder 20C, Standardized, Food-Grade is packed in 20 kg sealed polyethylene bags in cardboard boxes or fiber drums.
REGULATORY
Quillaja (quillaia) is an approved ingredient for the use in Food and Beverages by the United States FDA under Title 21 CFR 172.510 and bears FEMA number 2973. It is an approved ingredient for its use in the European Union under code E 999. Current CAS number 68990-67-0. Suitable for vegans, no animal sourced product ingredients or processing aids used.
