| Description: | Foamex® Quillaja Extract Powder 40NC is a food-grade extract of the outer cambium layer or branches (biomass) of Quillaja saponaria Molina. It is a beige to brown free-flowing, vegan, food-grade ingredient powder without any added carriers or preservatives. It is 100% soluble in water. It is an effective concentrated foaming agent/surfactant that can be used in many food, cosmetic and other applications. |
